Unable to reach fido customer service, was on the line for an hour

I was on the phone waiting for an hour listening their horrible repeating music and finally gave up. There is only one phone number on their web site, no email, no other means to connect to them, does not look like they want to help their customers. 

It's unacceptable for the service company, will try to move all the services.
