I can not cancel refill for my pay as you go account. Tried thorugh web site but keep receiving error msg. There is a phone number on fido web site to deal with pay as you go services but there is no option to cancel refill and no customer rep option...
I was on the phone waiting for an hour listening their horrible repeating music and finally gave up. There is only one phone number on their web site, no email, no other means to connect to them, does not look like they want to help their customers. ...
I recently switched to Fido home phone and I can not use my home phone. People complains it's so noisy they can not hear me and my voice is cracking. I have ZTE modem and it's right beside the window and close to the internet modem. What should I do?
