Unable to cancel device protection using online "My account".

I called the 1-888-481-3399 phone number. It took several calls till a voice recorded message

prompted to REDIRECT me to use  #2030. Once doing so, I would be charged $4.99.

This is unacceptable!

I am just trying to cancel this protection. I am on an extremely tight budget ever since the COVID19. I'm trying to minimize my expenses.

I am sure everyone is in the same dire situation.
