Unable to Upgrade Phone

Hi. I am unable to upgrade the phone online. It's giving me an error message: We're sorry, this information is currently not available online. If you need help with your account, please call 1-888-481-FIDO (3436)


I just want to process everything online. I have been trying since last night, cleared the cookies, cache etc. Nothing. Grateful advice please.

That's definitively not ideal while doing an upgrade. 


Have you tried to use a different browser?
