Phone upgrade

Hi,

 

I went through the process of upgrading my phone on August 15 and I still have not received any emails from Fido. Not even an order confirmation. I know it went through because when I log into my account and click upgrade phone it tells me that my order is pending.

 

It said on the website that I should have received at least a confirmation email within 24-48 hours after ordering and that it takes 2-5 business days before the phone will be shipped (this includes processing time).

 

What is going on? Why haven't I received any information?

Have you received anything since your post? Also, have you checked your spam/junk folder to see if the email ended up there?

I did end up speaking to someone yesterday who let me know about the 2+ week wait. And today I have received a confirmation email.
