Does the name and address on your credit card account match the name and address on your Fido account?
Is the card a Canadian credit card?

Not registered. But the name is under my name and it's a Canadian credit card.
Somehow the address under our account doesn't show "NW", it might the reason why it is not matching
the billing address?
We tried to update it with a "NW" on our address, but somehow the webpage couldn't reflect the change we made.
Could you send us a private message so you can update the address from your end?
We cannot make it work for our end.
