Trying to activate a sim card but for some reason its super complicated

Hi,

I bought a 10$ sim card from Real Canadian superstore yesterday and I am trying to activate it online and get my phone number and what not.

I don't know if the way FIDO do things changed but I can't figure out how to do it anymore.

I am trying to get a FIDO prepaid account. Can anyone please help me?

I have seen a lot of posts about "update sim", I dont want to "update sim" its a new sim.....

Hello AliP1,

  As far as I am aware, the activation of a pre-paid SIM can only be done in store with two pieces of ID (see here and here).
