Transfer account to a different service provider

I recently switch to a different service provider and received a msg from fido saying that I have to confirm the request within 90 minutes. By the time I saw the message, it has already past 90 minutes... I'm just wondering what am I supposed to do now? Right now I am still using fido and at the same time, the other service provider is also active... Please help!

  Welcome to the community!


  The other service provider would need to request the port over once again. That said, I'm not sure if there are any security measures in place once a confirmation request had elapsed. If the port over does not proceed, you might need to contact customer service to verify your desire to switch providers. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they'll also be able to access your account.
