I just add a cellphone line to my account, Fido didn't give me the monthly discount $5.
How should I do? anyone, can help?

The plan was $35, after monthly discount, it should be $30. But the invoice from Fido shows $35. how to solve this problem? I ordered online, and my checkout document can prove the monthly $5 discount.
