The worst customer support service experience

I just spoke to an agent over the phone, and it was the worst experience in my life. I needed to suspend my phone lines coz I am traveling. I asked her to make sure that the plan would remain unchanged. It's because just two weeks ago when I was taking numbers from suspension the other agent could not do it, so she ended up creating totally new account with new plans that are more expensive. In return the agent today just kept calling me a lier!! And being rude to me. I just ended up canceling my Fido services for good.
