I've been a Fido customer in Toronto / Ontario for approximately three months and received a loyalty offer from Fido; however, even if I click the link multiple times, nothing happens. It just directs me back to my account.
Seven days ago, I received this text message saying I must claim the bill credits before 15 November 2022. I have been trying for the past week, but I don't think I have claimed the free bill credits. Could someone please help me with this problem?

Hi there @Tandora , did you check your account to see if it has shown up on your billing page? You could contact fidosolutions on Twitter to see if there is anything else you are required to do. My interpretation of the offer is that by tapping the link meant that you accept it. Best regards
