Winback team kept calling me for the last 2 years to come back to fido. I finally agreed to them 3 weeks ago.
I was promised 4 lines with the same plan. So far I have received 2 lines with the same plan and another line with an expensive plan. The 4th line is still not received.
I have called and chatted with the customer service 5 times so far in the last 20 days. All the customer reps tole me that they are escalating it now and that winback team will call me back in 24-48 hours as only the winback team has the access to apply these offers. So far no one has called me.
This is highly disappointing as a customer coming back to Fido. I will wait and try to contact for a few more days, if nothing works out I will close all my line and go back to being a happy Bell customer.
If anyone could help me get in touch with the winback team that'd be really helpful.
