Hi, I just suspended my account from August 8th, 2020 for 9 months, so will my account be reactivated automatically after this nine months on April 8th, 2021, or will I need to contact Fido to ask a representative to help me reactive my account after I get back to Canada?

Hi can someone help me on how to do the temporary suspension for my phone plan? I will be away for 3months. Thank you!

You will need to contact customer service and they can process the temporary suspension.

Yes, it will be removed automatically after the requested period. If you want it to be removed earlier then you would need to contact Fido to have it done.
