Subscriber access to Fido personel to resolve issues

I am very frustrated that it is almost impossible to talk to a person at Fido.  I finally did get to talk to someone in Retention or whatever they call it after a long wait. Got disconnected but they did not have the courtesy to call me back. Messaged with Jack for a call back at 7:30 pm today, no call. It is hard to believe that they are in the communications business. We pay a premium in Canada and get poor or no service. I will cancel my contracts and move to another carrier. Not sure how or who I will go to but they cannot be any worse than Fido
