Still being processed

We got an email

today saying our hardware order is still being processed ! Now im

wondering if Fido just sent us that to make it seems like things are moving along but the phones are still on back order because I have never or an email saying still being processed , when will these phones come , how long did some have to wait for their iPhone 14 pro max 128gb ?
