I am trying to add a mobile line to my Fido account. (I have Internet account with Fido), I have no problem to sign in to my account but everytime I try to click "Add a line", I am always getting "Sorry! something went wrong" error message. I try all different browsers and clean browser data, still the same. Any suggestions?

Have you also tried to log out and activate a new account instead?
This might be the solution as Home Internet and Mobile services are always on two different accounts.
