Secret price increase

I'm curious why my phone plan increase 5 bucks with all 3 numbers in the account.

That's $15 increase per month and there was no notifications about this happening, no explanation.

Hello @JasonY,

 

Fido can not do a rate increase without notifying the customer. The notification is usually given 30 days prior via our invoice. 

 

If you look at your invoice details for the last 3 billing cycles you should see the notice on one of them.
