The url address at the bottom looks legitimate.

You can report this message to Fido by sending it to 7726 (SPAM). 
This can be easily done on most devices by pressing and holding the message, then press the forward button and send to 7726. 

We also suggest you report both the number that sent the text message and the contents of the message to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre:

OR
- By phone, at 1 888 495-8501.

That's definitely a scam Fido would never send you something like that, if they do give you credits it will be on your invoice you can get more information regarding scam text messages here.
