Hello, how are you?
I paid my latest fee on Jenuary, and I'd canceled my account. I paid one month fee but I didn't use all of my data and etc... so I want to get a refund my rest fee. Can i get it back on my card??

I've paid to my credit card.

Welcome to the community!

 

If you will be getting a refund after cancelling your account Fido usually sends out the refund by cheque, it usually takes 3 weeks but can take up to 6 weeks after your final invoice is produced. 

 

If you would like to have the money refunded back to the credit card you made the payment with you will need to contact Fido and make the request before the cheque is issued.
