Hello, how are you?
I paid my latest fee on Jenuary, and I'd canceled my account. I paid one month fee but I didn't use all of my data and etc... so I want to get a refund my rest fee. Can i get it back on my card??

I called to cancel an iphone order which the reprensatives  never canceled  and I didnt receive the order, I asked for refund to my credit card and my account also got suspended. I can't call a specialist for help. When i try chatting with a specialist, I don't get reponse back.

I have not used the Fido service at all after April in 2019 when I paid the balance due( CD 236.84).Most importantly, Fido cancelled my service at that time.But today, I logged in my bmo account online I was shocked because Fido still takes my  payment privately every month. This is the cheating behavior!!! I was so disappointed and angry.


Today I called the Fido customer service, but no one answer the call. Please refund these payments that occured from May 2019 to now. The total amount is CD$ 848.68. Since I have been back in China for two years, please refund these money to my bank account.

If you will be getting a refund after cancelling your account Fido usually sends out the refund by cheque, it usually takes 3 weeks but can take up to 6 weeks after your final invoice is produced. 


If you would like to have the money refunded back to the credit card you made the payment with you will need to contact Fido and make the request before the cheque is issued.
