Rude “Specialist”

I called to verify a charge on my account and the specialist, Farah, was extremely rude and spoke down to me as if I was a child. Questioning me, “do you even know what pre-authorized means?” And being very condescending. I work for the City of Toronto, Paramedic Services, and if I ever spoke to a caller the way Farah spoke to me today, it would not be tolerated. Farah is very unprofessional and impatient. 2 horrible qualities to have when working in customer service. When I asked to be transferred to another specialist, Farah refused. Luckily upon my callback after I hung up with Farah, I spoke to Ayush whom helped me tremendously. Please review the recording of my conversation with Farah, dated Aug 12 approx 09:11HRS.
I would like feedback upon this matter ASAP
