Hi! Was wondering how many days for Fido to process an in-store pick up order? It's been days since I've placed an order and no "ready for pickup" email yet. I badly need the phone as I need it for work. Thank you!

I understand it has been a number of days since you've place the order. While your desired pick-up store may have some stock of your particular device, it's possible that stock is reserved for in-store sales (see here). An online order may need to be shipped from the warehouse to the store.
