I lost my phone in Bus and now it's showing a location but it's been inactive for hours is there a way that Fido can help me find my phone I have my location enabled

Sorry to hear you've lost your phone. If it's showing a location, I assume you've tried to located it using the available options (see here and here). Unfortunately, if your device is no longer providing a location, I don't think any provider would be able to offer any additional information. In fact, I don't think they can offer any location information.
Have you contacted the bus service to see if anyone has turned in a device?
If you haven't already, you might consider reporting your device as lost or stolen (see here and here). That would prevent any unauthorised usage on your line. You should note this forum is community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We would not be able to address your particular matter. If you wished to report your device lost or stolen, you would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter.
