Can't find my order in Order tracking page

I placed an order today with a new line and device. I even got the confirmation email, but when I'm checking in the order tracking it's showing no active orders, c

Depending on the order, it can take about 24-48 business hours for it to reflect on Fido.ca.

That said, it should reflect by now!
