I ordered my phone (Galaxy s10) with plan 4 days ago and I haven't received a tracking number. How can I tell if its been sent or if there's a bigger issue? I really need this phone to show up this week. What can I do? Is it possible to pick it up from the store? I ordered online to take advantage of a "online only deal" Had I known it would take longer to get here I would have rather gone to the fido store.

You will only get the tracking number once the order has been shipped, If it was not shipped as yet that would explain why you did not get the email with the tracking info.
You might also want to double check your spam folder just in case it was shipped and the email ended up there.
The promotion you got was an online only deal, you would not be able to get the deal in store.
