Subject: Waiver Request for Activation Fee

Dear Fido,

I was informed that as an existing customer, I would not need to pay the $70 activation fee. Could you please waive this fee for me?

The $70 setup fee is charged if the activation or the upgrade is done with a store rep or a customer service specialist. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about this.
