Long distance calls cellphone to cellphone

Hi there, I have 1000 mins per month for long-distance calls. My parents in the UK used to have a landline, but now just use cellphones. Just wondering if a call from my cellphone to their cellphone costs more or if calls I make them should be covered the same way they were when they had a landline? Thanks for your time.

You calling them on their cell phone instead of their landline won't should not affect their rate. They would still have to verify the details with their own provider
