Prepaid to Postpaid plan

Hi I would like to move my prepaid connection to postpaid. I am a new immigrant and I don't have a good credit score due to no credit history in Canada, however I'm a Fido customer since march 2020,while inquiring with store agent he told me that I can able to get postpaid after 3 months of connection.

please help me thank you.

You will need to reach out to customer service to see if you will qualify for the postpaid line or you can also visit any store locations.
