Why do I have a partial charge if I specifically changed to a new plan on the first day of my billing cycle?

Hello @crisfido,

If the plan was set to take effect on the new cycle ahead of time it will not trigger prorated charges.

If you change the plan on the same day the new cycle starts it will trigger prorated charges.
