Pre-paid international calls

Hello,

I have prepaid phone number that I use in Europe. Every time I need to make a phone call I top up "add money" then call. My question is: are there any other charges or fees when calling from outside Canada using pre paid number ?

Hello Samialenezi,

  Welcome to the community!

  When using your pre-paid line outside of Canada, you would be roaming on a pay-per-use basis. These are the rates for roaming in Europe:

  I believe calls made to areas within your destination as well as calls back to Canada are included in the pay-per-use rate. However, additional long-distance charges may apply for calls made to other International destinations.
