Hi,

 

I have been Fido customer for over 16 years. Will I be able to receive a cell phone upgrade(new cellphone)  for free?

Hello @firoshi,

 

As of February 2020 Fido switched to a device financing model instead of the subsidized model they had meaning if you want a new device you will have to pay a certain amount on top of your eligible plan.

At this time whatever is listed on the website is what will be offered to you.
