Pre-paid balance over $200

Are we still able to make use of the balance to refill our pre-paid account for a whole year?

Last time it was $100 for a year.

You can use your balance to renew your pre-paid plans though you can't refill your account for one year and simply use pay-per-use.

What does it mean to use my balance to renew my pre-paid plans, as my plan only needs to refill whenever the balance drops below $1.

If you have the $100 yearly plan you can use your balance to renew it.
