Third time sending a phone with no unit number :(

I live in a town house and every time I order a phone from Fido they do not include the unit number! This is the 3rd Device this year!
I was supposed to get my daughters phone today for her Birthday but again the same issue, so now it's waiting at Purolator depot for Fido to correct the issue... last time it took them 2 weeks to send the email and correct the issue.

I am so sad this is happening again Sad
