I'm a new member of fido since early october. I got my bill on october 15th and I set up pre-authorized payment on my account a few days after.
It says I have to pay before november 11th and its now already november 8th but fido still didnt automatically withdraw money fron my bank.
Is it normal? I don't want to have any late fees.

I can understand your concern regarding the payment.
The payment is unfortunately not taken automatically on the first invoice.
You would need to make a manual payment for your first payment and after that, it will take it automatically.
