Pre Paid Expires

My pre paid expires, then i want to load money by logging in my fido account. But when i submit the phone # for them to send the code no code is arriving. My conclusion now is...if you dont have load on your pre paid, you will never get the code. The system is saying they send the code to this number but no code is arriving..and dont ask me if im sending the right number etc etc..This is not the TCS im expecting..

  Welcome to the community!


  Have you tried to refill your account by purchasing a voucher? I'm not sure if pre-paid accounts can receive text messages once past expiry. However, it says that when you're past your top-up anniversary, you'll no longer be able to use your services except for calling emergency 911 (see here). You should also note that if your balance remains $0 for 6 consecutive months, your account may be deactivated (see here; section 7c)
