I ported my number away from fido and am currently using my new provider. With my fido account, do I need to call in to cancel my fido account or is this process automatic?

I'm sorry to learn that you decided to leave us.
That being said, if you've already ported out your phone number to a new provider, the Fido line automatically gets cancelled once the number is transferred over so there's no need to contact us to cancel the account.
You'll receive your final invoice 4 to 8 days after your regular billing cycle.
However, we remain available if you need help with anything!
