Plan changed without notification or authorization

I got my monthly bill today and my monthly plan fee has increased by 5 dollars. I didn't receive any communication before or after this change and only found out myself. I have been on this plan for 3+ years. Can Fido just do it to my plan? without my consent?

Hi @Angela_,

 

Fido is required to give us 30 days notice regarding any price increase. They notify us of this via our invoice.

If you check your last 3 invoices you should see the notice regarding the price increase, to view or save your invoice details see here.
