Plan changed without notification or authorization

I got my monthly bill today and my monthly plan fee has increased by 5 dollars. I didn't receive any communication before or after this change and only found out myself. I have been on this plan for 3+ years. Can Fido just do it to my plan? without my consent?

Fido is required to give us 30 days notice regarding any price increase. They notify us of this via our invoice.
