Contract past can i still get a copy of my activation?

• My contract has passed over 2 and a half years ago, is it possible to retrieve a copy of my activation/reciept the full details about my phone??? Ive called customer care they dont have access to it, ive called the store where i purchased my phone and still they said their computer dont go past 2 years of records and the physical copy has been terminated/destroyed in a private facility.... im frustrated because customer service should have all the records in data forms and i really need this copy of activation. Could fido please answer this question and direct me to where theres no run arounds....pls and thank you.

Fido just like any other company will only keep records for a certain period before they purge the system.

If customer support and the store does not have the records anymore then there is nothing that can be done.

What information are you looking to get exactly?

In order to retrieve old contracts, you'll have to contact us using these methods and we'll be able to look into this with you. 

It depends what was the official date of the beginning of the agreement.
