Plan Glitch

I changed my plan, and after that, they charged me for Canada-wide minutes, but my plan already has Canada-wide unlimited minutes free.
I connected on 611 many times but they cannot find the proper solution for me.
Now my usage shows that your minutes are over-limited, So I have to pay for plan + minutes used in Canada-wide.
If anyone has the same issue?

@Fido please review my account and help me ASAP.
I have been facing this issue since 14th June 2024

I have contacted them many times, but they didn't solve my problem, they only gave credit to my account, 
Now I am calling them and they told me to wait 7 days.
But it's been 35-39 days, and I am still waiting.
