Hi, I've upgraded my phone and plan as of early this morning.
I received the order confirmation email as well as the account change confirmation email (I'm assuming this won't be shipped until Monday).
My question is - on my change confirmation file, it lists the new plan details but outlines the term dates with my old plan dates? In other words, its telling me that it expires Sept 2019.. which was when my old plan expired. I also see no reference to these changed on "My Account." I'm confused as to whether or not I am already on the new plan.
I've read on other posts that the new phone will be active when the SIM is activated. That said, what happens if you are using the same SIM?

Your agreement will renew when your phone is shipped so you should see your new agreement dates online in a few days!
