I just ordered a new phone for the Black Friday sale and it's being shipped to my old address as I just moved. I called customer service and they told me that they can't modify the shipping address until the phone has actually shipped and I receive an email with the tracking information. It seems a bit ridiculous that no one can actually change the shipping address until the phone actually ships. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do next?

Similar to this I ordered a new phone and it was shipped to my previous address and not my current. My confirmation email from Fido said the phone would be shipped to my current address but it wasn't. What do I do since I can't contact customer support?
Hey, @joejoe123 you would have had to confirm your address before placing the order, anyways at this point you will need to contact the shipping company and have them hold the package then contact Fido and they can request the address change and have the shipping company reroute the package to your new address.

Did you place the order online or through customer service? If you made the order online you would have to confirm your address before placing the order.
You can contact the shipping company and have them place a hold on the package and Fido can change the shipping address.
I ordered the phone online because when I called customer service to buy the phone they told me the Black Friday sale was online only and they could not complete the order over for the phone. So I went online and ordered the phone and now they can't change the address.
