I have payed my account two days ago, however, my account is still suspended. When can I get my plan back? How long does it take to receive the payment?

Sorry to hear your account is still suspended. You should note that if your account was suspended because of non-payment, you'll need to contact Fido's Credit Operations team: dial *732 from your Fido phone or 1-888-288-2106 from any other phone (see here). You should note that if your services were suspended due to non-payment, you would incur a service suspension fee (see here).
