Payment made but not received by Fido

Hi,

 

I have paid the March's bill through my account banking by adding Fido as payee. However, the April's bill is charging me twice claiming that the March's payment wasn't made. My banking statement can proof that the payment was successful. So, how can I solve this problem?

When making payments through your bank it can take 5-7 business days before Fido receives the payment.

The fastest method is by credit card as the payment is instant, you can learn more about the different ways to make your payment here.
