You will need to reach out to customer support as they are the only one that can process the cancellation.


Fido has many different ways you can contact them even from outside of the country, see here for all the different ways.


Also, you should let them know you are out of the country so if you will be getting a refund they can put it back to the card you paid from or they can mail the refund cheque to your international address.
