My bill was due 3 weeks ago and I think my service was cut off. I made a payment but it hasn't reconnected and it won't let me call *732. I'm just wondering if this is a late payment issue or something else as I changed my plan this morning.

Once the payment is made, your account should be reactivated. Have you power cycled your device to see if that helps?
Also, are you able to use any other service such as data, text messages?
