Signed up $65 for 4GB mobile plan (1GB + 3GB Bonus) on last weekend in Toronto.
The bill is ready now and I checked online. I got charged $0 on a 1GB Bonus, but got charged $5 for a 2GB Bonus.
Called Fido Support, and they said they didn't know anything about this plan.
And this plan is available in multiple Fido Store during the weekend across Toronto!
I talked to the support through facebook, and she told me she will give the $5 credit for this month manually.
However, she didn't tell me if the fee for the plan will be fixed by next invoice, so I have to check the invoice for next monthy and call back again if the fee is not correct.
This is kind of troublesome that I have to contact support multiple times to fix it.
