Outrageously high bill

I'm so surprised to receive a bill of $66 this night and the reason stated is that I made a long distance call which I never did! Same thing happened last month. Please Fido what is happening. When I got this phone, I was told that I'm on a$40 bill and I barely make phone calls nor use data with this line. Could someone please explain to me what is happening?

If you look at our invoice details you will see exactly what you were charged for and if it was for long-distance calls you will see the numbers you called that you were billed for, see here for how to print/save your invoice details.

 

After reviewing it and you think the charges are not accurate then you can contact customer service directly and they can look into your account and better assist you.
