Hi, I placed an order for Galaxy S21 5G last Saturday but I haven't received a tracking number yet.

 

I am wondering if it is backordered.

 

Do I have to wait 3 weeks to get the new phone?

With all the current promotions and the holidays, it could cause a delay in processing the orders or it could also be back-ordered to know for sure you will have to contact customer service directly and they can let you know the status of the order.
