Not receiving short code text from Skipthedishes

Hello,

 

So for the past few months I have been trying to sign into Skipthedishes but I can't receive the short code SMS. I used to receive the codes when I first created my account, but now it doesn't work. I was hoping that I could get some help from someone here if they have encountered the same issue.

If you text "HELP" to 56765, are you getting a response?

I tried that and I am not getting a response. It gives me a little notification that says "Currently unavailable" whenever I type "HELP" to 56765.
