I switched from a higher bill last 30th of September, and joined fido, following details given to me at squamish Roger's store, my bill will be $39/ month. About a week after I received a bill of 96 dollars. I don't understand this .
I don't trust you guys.

No one likes to get a higher than expected bill, have you got a chance to look at your invoice details? It will tell you exactly what you were billed for, see here for how to print/save your invoice details.
After reviewing the details and if there are any discrepancies then you can contact customer service directly and they will be able to better assist you.
