I was waiting 40 minutes to speak with real person or an agent, l got only someone to chatt with. He or she was very slow because most likely he's chatting with many customers at the same time? I never got my guesting answered. I was asking for international long distance plan to call Europe. He couldn't  answer if the $5 1500 ld plan is working calls to Europe? Or much else about this plan. I am not happy with Fido. There isn't a real person to talk with and to chatt has to wait a long time. Not good.

  Welcome to the community!

  Sorry to hear you are not happy with Fido. However, with regards to your question, the 1500 International minute add-on is only to select Countries. Unfortunately, the only European Country included in those minutes is the UK. You can view the included Countries here, under calling.

  If you regularly make calls to Europe, you might consider their Preferred International rates add-on.
